Trade Cut.
One fee. What is free. Where it goes. Arithmetic on 2%.
The only charge is the Trade Cut of 2% on each trade. Holding is free. Accruing Standing by remaining in the book is free. Reading the Specification is free. Connecting a wallet to the Standing Board is free.
The cut does not go to a person. Standing on the sending wallet chooses Supply Rest or Book Thicken at the instant of the trade.

The 2% figure cannot be rewritten. A change would require a different contract. Vouchstone does not have that path.
