The only charge.
What is charged: 2% of each trade, the Trade Cut. What is not: holding, accruing Standing, reading the Handbook, opening the Standing Board.
Breakdown. The cut is taken on the trade. Standing on the sender chooses the destination. Long Standing: Supply Rest, units exit the book. No Standing: Book Thicken, units stay in the ETH Market. Nobody receives the cut as a wage.
Worked example. Sale of 500 VOUC. Cut is 10 VOUC. Remaining sale is 490 VOUC. Destination follows Standing. The 90,000 VOUC issue does not change because of the example. Only the location of 10 VOUC changes.
Changes. Trade Cut cannot be rewritten. Hold Span cannot be rewritten. The issue cannot be rewritten. A different figure would be a different contract. This page would be updated on this property first if the live address ever had to be restated, which Vouchstone has no path to do for the cut itself.
